Do you believe in God?
What is God?
How do you define life?
How do you describe a meaningful life?
What do you think about 'impossible'?
A lot of these kind of questions has been wandering around our mind, or at least my mind.
And finally I found the key to an answer that makes me comfortable enough to go on with my life.
I believe the answers to those questions are really based on one's awareness.
And apparently, there are five levels of awareness, described as follows:
1. First level of awareness, you understand that you exist. All of us got this awareness by default at birth, that is the first experience of this awareness.
2. Second level is when you understand other people exist. You believe most of what you are told by
authority figures. You accept the belief system in which you are raised. You never doubt, you just believe, or some people say : faith.
3. At the third level of awareness you recognize that humans are often wrong about the things they believe. You feel that you might be wrong about some of your own beliefs but you don’t know which ones. Despite your doubts, you still find comfort in your beliefs.
4. The fourth level is skepticism. You believe the scientific method is the best measure of what is true and you believe you have a good working grasp of truth, thanks to science, your logic, and your senses. You are arrogant when it comes to dealing with people in level two and three.
5. The fifth level of awareness is the Avatar. The Avatar understands that the mind is an illusion generator, not a window to reality. The Avatar recognizes science as an another belief system, albeit a useful one. An Avatar is aware of God’s power as expressed in probability and the inevitable recombination of God consciousness.
Given those 5 levels of awareness, where are you now?
Be careful in playing around with your awareness, once you step into another level of awareness, you will see life in a totally different perspective, and sometimes it reduces the fun. :D
And by the way, those numbering doesn't mean anything. There is no good thing or bad thing in each level, the differences are only in the usefulness. And each level has the same potential for being useful. And to make you feel better if you still think the number is important, MOST of the greatest leaders in the world were in second level. :)
Happy Sunday !
